The Best Approach for Setting Up Infrastructure-as-Code – Code Breakfast

Wednesday, July 6th from 8:30 – 10:30 in Amsterdam

Coding infrastructure or specifying the desired state, what is the preferred approach?

With Cloud Computing you can create compute infrastructure by writing a program. You call the appropriate APIs and you can create anything you want. This has resulted in the term “infrastructure as code”. In this talk, we will look at the differences between creating the infrastructure using imperative languages like Typescript and Python and the desired state configuration paradigm employed by CloudFormation and Terraform.

Come join us at our Amsterdam office located at Wibautstraat 200, from 8:30 to 10:30. Doors open and breakfast is served at 8:00. Come and enjoy a nice educational breakfast!
