Binx Rebrands to Xebia

Unified collaboration expands market reach and strengthens authority.

Binx will rejoin Xebia, a global leader in digital transformation services and its parent company. The rebrand will expand Binx’s market reach, strengthen its partnerships, and allow the company to join forces with other authorities in the Cloud field.

Launched as a spin-off from Xebia in 2017, Binx has specialized in creating cloud-native organizations since its inception. Rebranding to its parent organization — a full-service digital consulting company and leading authority in Agile, DevOps, Data and AI, Cloud, Software Technology, Security, Low Code, and Microsoft Solutions — strengthens Binx’s bond within Xebia’s Cloud chapter, specifically newly acquired partners Oblivion, PGS, and g-company.

In the past five years, we’ve had the privilege to build up a team of true specialists, and we will keep this focus. Rebranding to Xebia allows us to take on the most challenging digital transformation projects anywhere,” said Bart Verlaat, CEO of Binx.

A complete cloud services portfolio is of strategic essence for Xebia’s ambition to turn organizations into digital leaders,” explained the global CEO of Xebia, Anand Sahay. “Binx has proven it can deliver cloud services on a world-class level. I am delighted that our own boutique brand Binx will be rebranded as Xebia and continues to make these innovative services available to our worldwide customers.”

We inherited Xebia’s culture and values when we founded the company — we live and breathe them. So, in terms of culture and operations, nothing really is changing. It simply means that the name Binx will disappear in January. So our clients will still benefit from the same quality and the same experts, but there will just be more experts to love,” said Elaine Versloot, managing director at Xebia Cloud.

Becoming part of Xebia empowers Binx to scale its operations to other regions – bringing its highly specialized expertise and experience to other geographies.

“Our clients need a partner to guide them throughout their digital journeys. As cloud experts, we are only one part of that journey, but as part of Xebia, we can be there every step of the way. The timing couldn’t be more perfect,” Versloot added.

The rebrand will also allow Binx to offer its training courses on a global scale and integrate them into learning journeys. The company also expects to spot trends earlier by working together as one global team.

Cloud technology is a global development — businesses everywhere are embracing it. With our combined knowledge, insights, and best practices, we can spot trends and support businesses anywhere. We can help them to operate faster, better, and smarter by leveraging the best practices and latest developments as they emerge,” said Walter Van de Scheer, marketing director of Cloud and Data at Xebia.
