In-Classroom Training
In-classroom, instructor-led training draws on a mix of lectures and hands-on assignments and uses classic tools like whiteboards, post-its, and board games. Physical interaction is a key advantage of this format. You physically join all the other participants in a room at the same location. Depending on the topics and material covered, you work independently or in groups on various assignments. You have numerous opportunities to interact and network with the other participants in person, before, during, and after the training.
Online Training
Online, instructor-led training uses a combination of Zoom, MURAL, and breakout rooms to mimic and improve upon the classroom experience. You can complete the training from the comfort of your own home or workplace—anywhere in the world with a wifi connection. To help ensure your energy level stays high, online training sessions are only half-days and include many well-placed breaks. You interact with your instructor and other participants through games and tools specifically designed for learning online. This format is much more convenient than classroom training, especially for international participants. You avoid the inconvenience of traveling and save on expenses while still enjoying numerous virtual networking opportunities.
Self-Paced Training
If you prefer to learn at your own pace and in your own time, then our self-paced training is the right choice for you. These interactive courses come in bite-sized videos, followed by a series of questions and exercises.
Hybrid and Blended
If you prefer to benefit from both in-classroom and online instructor-led training, hybrid modalities are a great option. You can also choose from blended online formats that provided both instructor-led and self-paced segments. These hybrid and blended formats offer you the benefits of lower cost and more flexibility.
