You probably think that the caller should try turning the modem off and on again, checking all the cables and check online if there is some outage. But you might very well be thinking of all possible causes. If you could fix the internet, you would reach instant stardom, wouldn’t you? With this in mind, we designed our latest challenge: Help! We can’t reach the public internet.
