Become a Google Cloud Network Engineer
Are you a Network Engineer planning to use Google Cloud Platform? Do you want to become a Professional on the Google Cloud Platform? Time to gain the knowledge and skills to implement VPCs, hybrid connectivity, network services, and security for established network architectures for successful cloud implementations. This training offers you a broad study of networking options on the Google Cloud Platform and prepares you for the Google Network Engineer exam.
Networking on GCP is perfect for
Network Engineers or Admins who use Google Cloud Platform or are planning to do so and want to get to know the software-defined networking solutions in the Cloud. Before enrolling, you need to complete the Google Cloud Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure course, or have equivalent experience. Prior understanding of the 7 layer OSI model, IPv4 addressing and routes will help you get the most out of this training.
Professional Cloud Network Engineer Certification
A Professional Cloud Network Engineer implements and manages network architectures in Google Cloud Platform. This individual has at least 1 year of hands-on experience working with Google Cloud Platform and may work on networking or cloud teams with architects who design the infrastructure. By leveraging experience implementing VPCs, hybrid connectivity, network services, and security for established network architectures, this individual ensures successful cloud implementations using the command line interface or the Google Cloud Platform Console.
Abilities Validated by the Certification
- Design, plan, and prototype a GCP Network
- Implement a GCP Virtual Private Cloud (VPC)
- Configure network services
- Implement hybrid interconnectivity
- Implement network security
Recommended Knowledge and Experience
- 3+ years of industry experience including 1+ years designing and managing solutions using GCP.
